Shipping policy

1. Shipping and Courier Allocation
We use a range of reputable courier partners to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery. Courier selection is based on service availability, destination, parcel specifications, and the delivery option chosen at checkout.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch Schedule
Orders are prepared and dispatched on business days only, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:30.
Orders placed outside these hours, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Options
Customers may select from the following courier services during checkout:

  • Economy: 3–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

  • Same-Day: Available for orders placed before 12:00 on a business day

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on region, courier performance, and operational conditions outside our control.

4. Delivery Timeframes and Tracking
Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays caused by courier networks, weather, load-shedding, or other external factors cannot be guaranteed and do not constitute a breach of contract.
Tracking information will be provided where supported by the selected courier.

5. Delivery Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address. Any delays, redirections, or additional courier fees caused by incorrect address information will be borne by the customer.

6. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the customer only once delivery has been successfully completed at the address provided during checkout.

7. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed and the goods have been received at the specified address.
If payment has not cleared at the time of delivery (e.g., EFT), ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.

8. Delivery Completion
A delivery is deemed complete when the courier confirms that the parcel has been delivered to the physical address supplied by the customer. Proof of delivery (POD) — such as a signature, photograph, or digital delivery confirmation — may be used to verify completion.

9. Courier Handling and Liability
After the goods have been delivered and risk has passed to the customer, any subsequent loss, damage, or theft is no longer the responsibility of our store. Customers should report any concerns regarding courier handling promptly so that we may assist in raising the matter with the courier.
