Refund policy

We are committed to supplying products that meet quality and performance expectations. This policy outlines when returns, refunds, and exchanges may be processed.

1. Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be returned within 7 additional days.

2. Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electrical components
  • Items damaged through misuse or incorrect installation
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

3. Defective Goods
If goods are defective within six (6) months, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost, subject to assessment.

4. Cooling-Off for Online Purchases
Consumers purchasing online may cancel within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in resaleable condition. Courier costs for non-defective returns may be the responsibility of the customer.
